The skin around your eyes is one of the thinnest and most sensitive areas of your body, and becomes the most damaged when exposed to blue light, resulting in: 👇🏼

TIP: You can also adjust the settings on your phone to reduce the blue light.  Definitely set your phone to dim a few hours before you typically go to bed to prevent blue light-induced insomnia!
