Independence day is right around the corner here in the US, and if you're anywhere near the midwest then chances are it's going to be HOT! I have a hard time finding a pair of shorts that don't ride up, so I tend to choose casual dresses when I want to be comfortable in the summer. I think a good shirt dress is flattering on just about everybody and it's comfy to boot. Pair it with these Sam Edelman slides or some white Chuck Taylors to carry-on the comfy theme. Accessorize with some pops of red in your jewelry and accessories and VOILA! Festive AF.
